I had an excellent experience working with Raul Mora at the Mount Dora Bank of America branch. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail clearly. Raul went above and beyond to make sure my banking needs were handled quickly and correctly — it’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely helpful these days.
Very happy with the customer service at this branch. Raul treated my husband and I with patience and respect when we recently needed banking help. The manager (did not get her name!) was very kind and they took care of us all the way through from start to finish with professionalism-we never felt rushed. Thank you both!
Garbage bank, COVID allowed them to make it so much more inconvenient for the customer while simultaneously charging more. Brilliant. I suggest getting a few piggy banks, just leave them really far apart as to mimic the inconvenience of BoFa when you need to get your money. No stars, one damn cent is what it's worth
Long wait times regardless if you have an appointment low staff and rude costumer service
