They seem nice but it’s definitely a very slow moving bank. The slowest Bank of America I’ve ever been to. They have no sense of urgency for customers and don’t seem to realize that some of us are in a hurry. I get being cordial and talking to customers about their day is a good customer service trait to have. But when you see people in line that are waiting and may need to get back to work on time or have somewhere important to be, they should move everything along in a timely manner.

Very disappointed with the experience trying to open a business account. I was told my EIN had to appear on the Sunbiz website to proceed which is misleading. While EINs can show up on Sunbiz if included in certain filings, they are not required to be publicly listed. I provided the proper EIN confirmation letter from the IRS, yet they still refused to open the account. What makes this worse is that I went to another bank with the exact same documents and opened an account easily, without any issues. That proves the problem ... read more
