This bank is the worst , and this branch sucks , no parking lot , bad customer service,
Very disappointed with the experience trying to open a business account. I was told my EIN had to appear on the Sunbiz website to proceed which is misleading. While EINs can show up on Sunbiz if included in certain filings, they are not required to be publicly listed. I provided the proper EIN confirmation letter from the IRS, yet they still refused to open the account. What makes this worse is that I went to another bank with the exact same documents and opened an account easily, without any issues. That proves the problem ... read more
