Anna, the bank “manager” is a complete joke. She’s very unprofessional and rude, she treats her employees like they are kids and talks to them like they aren’t educated when I’m sure half of them have more education than she does. Do better and have better management that can make a client experience more joyful instead of being rude to clients who have banked there for many years and giving them issues.
Fix the ATMs
With people like this working at banks. This is the reason why people not only leave to other banks but why people are just rude to others. The worst customer service ever. I’m literally driving to Wells Fargo right now to open an account there so I can close my account here after so many years. That’s how bad the experience was. They like making people wait apparently. I've come in many times to cash checks, but each time they need to "verify" it I'm told to step out of line so somebody else can do that, and I seem to have to wait longer each time I go in. Combined with the fees for checks or just having an account, I'm sure there are more reliable and efficient banks to go with.
You’re a Multibillion dollar company. Update and fix your equipment. Your drive through ATM never works. Hire more ppl for better and faster service. And fix the ATM on Midland drive in the Starbucks plaza. That one is always not working either.
