Worst customer service ever. Tried to cash a check and gave me the run around that they didn't have anyone available to look at/inspect the check Downtown Bank of America gets 5 star review I was able to go and go out. With no hassle. Please if your reading this. Go to the downtown bank!
I’m not sure why this location is so hard to work with they never answer and they are the worst about helping you get things done
Its a weird little parking lot but if you make the second turn in youll get there. Humberto was do incredibly kind, attentive and respectful. He even educated me on several parts of our accounts and the app itself since we're new to Midland and our phones are crap out here ,lol. Thank you for making a hard day eaiser!
I have never had a problem with this bank the tellers and the agents they always showed respect and helped with anything I've every needed help with. Very professional.
The atm’s regularly don’t work. When bringing it up to someone inside, they said that’s normal and you need to walk in if you want to withdrawal money. Go to a local bank where they at least can manage the atms
