I am a new account holder. While I was there for a bit getting set up, the liason "Destiny Weeks" (Pinellas Plaza location) was super friendly and helpful and didn't treat me any different than she would someone with more money. So far, no one has stolen my money, so thats what was most important for my particular situation.
