Terrible customer service at this branch. Dedicated window for business clients was not dedicated for business clients and walk-in takes longer than going through the DMV.
The worst customer service ever. My coworker was trying to get verified for an apartment and all the did was give excuses and wouldn't help her!
Bank of America in Leesburg has the worst customer service ever! We deposited a check that was written from their bank on Saturday. Rudy promised us the funds would be available today, Wednesday due to the Holiday. Now transaction shows hold until 2-27. I called the 800 number for bank of america yesterday (because the local branch never answers the phone), and was informed after being on hold for over 40 minutes before anyone even picked up that there were no holds showing on her end and everything was good.
