Does anyone ever answer the phone? I'm trying to make an appointment so I don't have to wait so long but no one answers.
Worst customer service. 5 people working on a Saturday and only 1 teller. The managers seem to busy worrying about adding accounts and not servicing the customers they have.
Everytime I come to this specific location they will not give me my money out of my account and give me a paper about scams. I'm gonna stop coming here and go to other locations. Ridiculous.
