I made an appointment online at 3.30pm today because I came out of town. The bank was busy but I didn't have to wait for too long. I was served by Elizabeth Haddad, and she is super helpful. She helped us resolved the problem we came for and did extra work to make sure we don't have to come back for minor issues. I'm very happy with her service mindset, especially at the end of her working hours.
