Horrible customer service. They never want to help, they be turning customers around left and right. I'm seriously considering closing all my accounts. ZERO stars!Â
They try as hard to not help and want you to do everything in the app guess they don't want my moneyÂ
I have been calling both Gainesville BOA locations for the past 2 hours and NO ONE answers the phone at either branch!! I need to schedule an appointment but after reading all the 1 star and 2 star reviews I am afraid to schedule one on-line. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONES. This is so un-professional of you!!Â
They will never answer your phones even if you call five minutes after opening it’s like we’re busy everyone’s assisting customers. I know they’re not busy.Â
You’re telling me if I need to talk with a financial representative or open a new bank account at any location I need to either come at their convenience hours of operations between 9am-12pm . Or take a day off work and stalk any location to see if they will be able to help me . What’s the point of having Lobby hours of operation if they are merely suggestions to its patrons rather than accurate information. Showed up at 2:50 on a Wednesday. Closed .Â
