Amazing bank, I went on a Saturday morning to try to open an account and even though the bankers were booked for the day I asked if I could be put on a wait-list and I was there for quite a while but I ended up seeing a banker and her name was Leticia Romero, she is the most sweetest and professional banker ever, she helped me and opened my account quickly !! And also shout out to the lady with blonde hair, I think her name was Amanda she also helped me a lot and made sure I met with a banker . :) I highly recommend this ban... read more
Terrible customer service!!!! They don't care! How could you stand to even work here! Don't bank here. We had a terrible experience today and my brother said everytime he comes in he has a problem.

We had to drive an hour in nasty, cold & rainy weather just to schedule an appointment, because no one answers the phone and we couldn't schedule an appointment online. Terrible customer service!!! I think I'll move my money somewhere else. buh-bye!
