We had to drive an hour in nasty, cold & rainy weather just to schedule an appointment, because no one answers the phone and we couldn't schedule an appointment online. Terrible customer service!!! I think I'll move my money somewhere else. buh-bye!
Horrible customer service. They never want to help, they be turning customers around left and right. I'm seriously considering closing all my accounts. ZERO stars!

I have been calling both Gainesville BOA locations for the past 2 hours and NO ONE answers the phone at either branch!! I need to schedule an appointment but after reading all the 1 star and 2 star reviews I am afraid to schedule one on-line. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONES. This is so un-professional of you!!
They will never answer your phones even if you call five minutes after opening it’s like we’re busy everyone’s assisting customers. I know they’re not busy.
