Impossible to reach anybody by phone, not one available banker when trying to schedule an appointment. terrible!!
Would not cash a check drawn on their bank. Apparently they do not trust their own customers. I received no service, they did say "have a nice day". I guess that makes everything ok.
Easy to find. Great customer services.
Online bank says in offers notary service, on the online app you can make an appointment, when you click on the days no days are available to make an appointment. Tried to call to see if there is a notary at the location today, called about 15 times, no one picked up. I don't want to have to go to the store to find out if there is a notary to get people together to sign legal documents to wait in line to get service.
