They see to have Friendly staff, but long waits and understaffed office. I went in to close an old account that I am no longer using. I was told by the "lobby leader" that the wait was over an hour to see a banker. She recommended I call through my app and close it over the phone that way. so inconvenienced and disappointed. go to put my debit card in to make a cash deposit. machine eats my card and says error or machine not working. i go inside to adress the issue hoping to get it back. girl tells me we don’t have access to the machines so you’ll have to order a new debit card on the app, it’s the fastest way. go on the app and it’s 4-6 business days. also lost the cover sticker i had and paid for on the card. cannot believe this is the best solution for this matter. person in front of me who used the same ma... read more

No one ever answers the phone and can't never get my money in a large amount
Super frustrating trying to do a wire transfer with BOA. Tried using the application, couldn’t get it to work, so I called BOA (per instruction). Was on hold 10 minutes, was then told I had to go to an actual bank. Went to the bank, they were 30+ minutes behind. Someone came out and tried to help with the application which at the end of that drama told us to call BOA. So here we wait. Really ridiculous. Multiple hours wasted trying to get this done.
