No response. Still investigating since Feb 14. Was told by agent to call any time but good luck getting call back. Trying to pay with zelle but the keep trying to draw from a closed account. Im beginning to wander if the hack is an inside job
Was called because of a transfer I was trying to make and "Omer"(who wouldn't provide me any other details of who the heck he is) refused to let the transfer go through. Didn't finish the conversation and then hung up on me. This is ridiculous. I should be able to use my money the way I want to use it. Changing banks I guess.
so inconvenienced and disappointed. go to put my debit card in to make a cash deposit. machine eats my card and says error or machine not working. i go inside to adress the issue hoping to get it back. girl tells me we don’t have access to the machines so you’ll have to order a new debit card on the app, it’s the fastest way. go on the app and it’s 4-6 business days. also lost the cover sticker i had and paid for on the card. cannot believe this is the best solution for this matter. person in front of me who used the same ma... read more

Lo peor, este cajero automático me robo $1000 me proceso la transacción pero nunca me entrego el dinero, he radicado 2 veces la reclamación y aseguran que si me entregaron el dinero, llevo 5 años con este banco y no puedo creer que jueguen asi con los clientes
