Bank of America is not the best, not necessarily the workers fault, they are pressured with sales goals and other irrelevant things that benefit the company and put aside customer needs. Most of the workers say they are stressed and don’t like working there. As for customers their needs are never met fully unless you have a high balance account “rich” and even then customers end up switching banks. They are very nice employees, Covid 19 has made service at ALL bank's slower. But the staff here are exceptional and give great service.

The bank said was open today at 10am, so i drove there. Arrived early so waited till 10. Walked up to door and had sign lobby is closed, but drive through is open. So went to drive through and had sign that they aren't open Thursdays. Would of been nice to know that before driving all the way there.
