This was only my second time making a deposit in the branch, as I typically handle everything online. I deposited a check from our school district, BMTISD, and the teller, Leslie, placed a hold of 10 or more days on it, with funds not available until 2/24—yet she never informed me. Beaumont TX branch...There should be a no star option...I have a friend who has been waiting for months to get money transferred by wire and they keep putting her on hold and telling her it will be there in am. This has been going on since February of last year. One thing after another, wrong info then we did it wrong, its clearing house fault then something else. This bank is full of _ _ _ _!!!! You can always expect heavy traffic on a Friday but that was no challenge for Eric P! He pulled me right out of line and assisted me immediately. He even taught me about using tap for the ATM which was new to me. Thank you Eric, may your goals for this year prosper!
