I had a very pleasant experience here. I came to close my accounts & honestly, I expected them to push back & they didn't. Jose & Henry were very kind & helpful. Everything was explained well & handled smoothly. One of the other staff members helped an elderly man to his car as I was leaving & I think that's just lovely.
