Went to the bank last week to handle things on me and my husband’s credit card. We did wait a little bit, but then we were greeted by Jasti. She helped us quickly and efficiently with all of our needs. We were going to close out the credit card and switched banks, but decided not to because of the service we received by Jasti. I strongly recommend asking for her.
Jasti always provides top notch service. I was ao happy with her customer service skills and professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone!
Jenna Hughes is amazing to work with and warrants this branch getting 5 stars!! When a recent Heloc I had applied for dropped through the cracks with a loan navigator out of state, she jumped right in and made it happen. QUICKLY!! Not only is she an asset to this branch, both Jose and Charlie make a major corporation feel like a hometown branch!! Thank you!!
