Needed to ask a question about a corporate account, called to speak with a representative, automated greeting system had me on hold for over 13 minutes then disconnected me. Called back, right back into the same waste of time. Ridiculous. Hung up. Glad I don’t bank with them.
Unbelievable experience yesterday. My Mom is 93 and wants her two children on her bank account, plus Mom was transferring a sizable amount into a CD. Does the Banker tell us up front what is needed to ‘authenticate’ us. NO!! We find out after listening to nonsense for 50 minutes that she needs our credit reports. Not one Credit Report but from all three reporting services. We both froze our credit reports to prevent identify theft. We had to unfreeze them, no problem. Went online to unfreeze. Don’t get bank of American if your card is locked they will still be able to take money. Going to close my account tdy
I'm outside the country I can't call international, I need my bank statement from an account I recently closed to the my final report of my LLC. And no one help me I don't have the transaction of 2024 to send to my accountant. If I don't present this I could end with a penalty of 25.000 dollars. Worse service of the people in the bank that knows me well, the chat, and the international telephone that no one answered.
