Came there at 2pm today but no banker was available to open a bank account for me ( so different compare to the other banks which I visited before) . Luckily there was an Asian staff with long hair and sunglasses at the reception desk was friendly and helpful to support me opening an checking account through the app on my phone . Just curious if their clients don’t have a phone , how they can open an account by themselves?
This branch is horrible like all other branches. Don’t get me started on getting a human on the phone. As soon as I can I will be banking somewhere else
