As a business person, this is by far the worst bank I have dealt with. There's always only one teller and at least 10 people in line. You'd expect to receive a smile when you finally approach the counter, only to be disappointed yet again.
had a terrible experience in trying to cash a acheck. A teller, Rafael, appeared to be profiling me and did not cash a check that was paid to me by one on their customers.
