Too many fees
Went in to the bank to make a checking account on Wednesday. I came back on Saturday with my partner to make a joint savings account. They demanded a physical copy of his social security card, but they never needed mine. The woman who greeted us when we walked in proceeded to belittle us for not knowing when I in fact had asked them on Wednesday about it and was told it wasn’t necessary.
