Every time I go to this location, ALL 4 ATMs are down. I live on the north side so going all the way down to Mooney to do banking is really inconvenient. Avoid banking here if you rely on an ATM.
The ATM’s here are always down . Some can’t take deposits or others simply don’t work. You would think that a bank that charges you each month just to hold your money would invest it back into their business. Literally , you guys have a ton of money. FIX THE ATM’s!!!!!
Both drive thru ATMs not working, AGAIN. 15 people in line outside to use walk up ATMs. 6 people inside waiting to use ATM. 9 people in line to use tellers, and only 2 are working. Waited to use business line and was told it was closed, then the teller proceeded to call other to her station.
This Bank is ok, except their ATM's get stuck or something very often. But other than that it's a good Bank.
The staff here is awesome and very polite.
