Marcia was very helpful on the phones, we drove 30 miles to your location. Omar took care of us in a friendly and professional manner! I have been a customer for over26 years with BOA and this team is great !
The employees were super sweet and helpful, and the location is neat and clean. This is the only location in Columbus that does currency exchanges, apparently.
