Awful, No account No service. American Bank that won't exchange American currency.
Leslie at Bank of America was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. As a young customer, I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything I needed to do to get my savings bonds into my account. She also gave me her card in case I had any additional questions or concerns. She provided excellent customer service and made the whole process so easy. She was great!
