I have to thank Kendra Graves for this entire experience. I won’t go into detail, but I switched my bank because Truist wasn’t working out. As soon as I walked in the lobby, 2 workers were walking around with iPads in their hand, helping as many customers as possible. One being kendra. Kendra definitely led the team ( it looked like). I had several accounts. The service I received was outstanding, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this branch.
Banking hours are 9-5, I’m not too sure why this location chooses to disregard this. If I’m not retired how am I supposed to be there between 10-4?
