Last night I made an online account. I was told to come in and verify my ID. I went in to verify and they needed my phone number. I left at home. It is 1: 30 PM and they close at 2 PM. I raced back home and got the number. I drive back . The bank doors are still open and it is still operating time. I walk in. I've been with this bank for many many years now, my son just started his first job and he currently gets paper checks, when I went in to deposit his check into my account a teller named Kim helped us out, she was informative, upbeat and very helpful, she said we shouldn't ever have any issues unless we were trying to CASH his check. Tellers are polite. Would be helpful if wait time in line was shorter.
What a great experience! Just moved here from DFW area and so pleased to find such great, friendly service. The manager and assistant manager both helped us get what we needed to complete the closing on our house this morning and reminded us of the best thing about Lubbock-the friendly people. This will definitely be our branch!
