I have been trying to get someone at this location on the phone for a week now. I have tried calling multiple times during different times of the day. I think they just have their phones off at this point.Â
This bank does not respect the time of the clients, if the appointment is at 2 pm it must be at 2 pm we do not have to wait up to an hour for the appointment, respect the client , meagan is very rude person .Â

They charge $8.00 to cash a check wrote by one of there customers, for services provided / completed already...I will no longer accept their checks I should not pay a fee to access money owed too me for services provided.Â
Do not open an account here. I just opened last week and got direct deposit sent here and was a quick deposit and then I try to Zelle myself money since they donât know where my debit card is as itâs been âout for deliveryâ for 4 days now and nooone has any idea. I feel they just pull the people off the streets and ask if you can count money and when they say yes theyâre hired! Also good luck getting a hold of the 800 phone support.
