Waited in line 15 mins. Got to front and told I had to go to the waiting area for help. Needed a bank statement. There should be a person at the front to have told me that. I am a senior without a vehicle and have to get rides. I've been here now over 30 minutes, while my ride is waiting in car! Senior banker Alma Sotelo was fantastic! My wife and I were deeply impressed with her professionalism, her speed in getting things done, and her thoughtfulness in helping us get what we needed.
I can see exactly why they have 2 stars and have no drive to raise their rating. These tellers are just plain rude, and the manager Gloria D Molina, just as rude, cannot take fault when they make a mistake and will pin the blame on anyone else but themselves. Learn how to do a deposit correctly instead of blaming someone else.
This bank is a total nightmare. Three tellers, one for business and two others. One of them was counting a massive amount of coins with a customer, guess they haven’t heard of coin counting machines. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes. Once it was my turn the teller said sorry she was going on break, or something . I’ll be looking for a new bank that has better customer service!
