Cashed a check someone gave me and the check was a bank of America check. Since I dont have an account with them I was charged $8 to cash the check even though it was their check stock. Better off going to smaller mom n pop check cash places in lubbock instead of being charged to get money someone else has paid that I was already taxed on.
My wife simply tried to transfer money from her business account to her personal account through zelle (because BoFA won't let you simply transfer money between accounts) to pay some bills. The money never showed up in her account so we made an appointment to try to get this resolved. The first guy we worked with was awesome, I wish I had gotten his name. He had a leg injury and was on a scooter. He actually called customer service for us and tried to get it resolved but the zelle department was apparently closed on the week... read more
I have been with this branch since 1999, and have been with B of A since they took over Nations Bank and I have ALLWAYS had Great service! Now to be totally honest I do wish they would reopen the drive thru. It is really hard for me to believe the negative comment's that have been made about this branch.
I've been a loyal customer for over 6+ years with Bank of America, I work in the late night serving industry. I have chosen their banks BECAUSE they allow cash deposits. And after over four years of putting my money into these machines the machine took $75 and then shut down. I use the app and FL customer service fixes the issue four hours later. Later when they are open, I go inside to explain the situation and give the rest of the funds for a bill that needed to be paid by a certain time. Hence why I used the ATM when ya'l... read more
