Tellers are polite. Would be helpful if wait time in line was shorter.
What a great experience! Just moved here from DFW area and so pleased to find such great, friendly service. The manager and assistant manager both helped us get what we needed to complete the closing on our house this morning and reminded us of the best thing about Lubbock-the friendly people. This will definitely be our branch!
We needed personal business updated and as always Bank of America took excellent care of us. Gloria was caring, kind and effecient. . She most certainly went above and beyond in taking care of us. We can:t thank her enough for her care of our business.
tellers are sweet but the wait times are horrible. 25+ minutes every time. they really need to get more tellers.
