2/2/2026 8:13am - I went to drive thru atm and my card got stuck. I went to door - I know it’s closed and locked. I see employee (female brunette 20-30yo). Gestured closed. I proceeded to explain through window. Gestured a thumbs up. So I thought she couldn’t hear me. Then I wrote on my phone. Then she said I heard you and to call the number on the machine. Unprofessional. If you knew the answer then give me the time of day.
ATM's out back were out of cash. Had to go in. Teller was flippant about the issue, saying it's a totally separate co. that handles that, don't know if it will be fixed tomorrow, next week, next month. There's a sign at the teller saying to be mindful of your privacy, or something to that effect. Then asked me how much I want with other customers around. Told her I'd write it down and hand it to her. I think she was helping out that day, not a regular there. Do better BOA.

My wife received her insurance settlement check issued 40k from liberty mutual insurance. Liberty told her she can cash the check at bank of America from which they bank. My wife went to the bank of America 5930 Parker rd plano tx. The bank teller tells her they can only cash checks for 3 thousand the second teller yells out only 1500 dollars.
