If I could rate it a zero, I would. They have been closed since the Covid. The Atm can't be used for a large amount of money either. You can't get anyone on the phone. It's a shame that the only safety measures they have for COVID is closing their bank. I will close my account immediately they open. Very stressful!
Went by today to go to atm and they said it’s permanently closed and. Closest Bank of America is in crystal lake I’m changing banks! It’s bs how they expect customers to travel so far
This Bank and ATM is permanently closed..just an update for everyone.
Went to bank to use ATM this morning sign says they have permanently closed. That was the only BOA in Rockford, Illinois. Great way to treat a customer of 20 years, no notice or anything. So I called BOA the closest BOA IS IN Elgin, Ill about 40 miles away. I will looking for another bank and will be closing my accounts with BOA. Terrible Customer Service.
