The service has gone down the drain. Ms. Martinez and Mr. Sonekar had me waiting for their services literally no one else is in the whole office. However Ms. Martinez was more than happy to assist the Hispanic customers that walked in. Smh customer service is garbage.
I changed banks 30 years ago to get away from Bank of America. Today, I was reminded of one of the many reasons I received a check written on Bank of America for a camera I sold, I went to Bank of America to cash the check and they charged me 8$ to cash their check. The should change the name to The Bank of Socialist America because they just took 8$ of my money to feed a multimillion dollar company.
This bank is phenomenal! I’m considering closing my account with SouthState Bank and opening an account with BoA. I’m in a terrible bind - late to pay the bill for my rental car and notified by enterprise that if I do not pay my bill today they will need the car back. I’m a victim of a car accident and dealing with the insurance has been a nightmare. I’ve been paying out of pocket for this rental and it’s drained me of everything.
