This bank is phenomenal! I’m considering closing my account with SouthState Bank and opening an account with BoA. I’m in a terrible bind - late to pay the bill for my rental car and notified by enterprise that if I do not pay my bill today they will need the car back. I had an appointment today to change my account over to save some money. The bank reached out to me to make the change. I showed up on time for my appointment and was seen about 5 minutes after. The lady that helped me was so kind and efficient. I am not entirely sure what the lady's name was because I forgot to write it down (I think it was Mika). She was so nice and helpful. Her level of customer service far exceeds most customer service interactions I have had and has solidified my banking relationship with BofA.
