It's hard to say enough about the terrible experience.
I visit most all of the Bank of America locations throughout Savannah almost daily and I like location. Sweet tellers who are friendly and actually act like they are happy to help a customer. Much different than the Victory Drive location that treat customers as an interruption. This location is friendly, and I like them all. Problem is, on Saturdays, they are horribly understaffed and overwhelmed with foreign customers and English challenged customers who use the teller lines for complex transactions and information seeking... read more
