This location is an embarrassment. I hardly come here but last week the manager who helped me before. I need to cash my ones and asked if I have an account. I'm thinking wow, you don't remember faces. Then today I deposited money at the ATM and needed a few documents shredded. I was told you don't do that after waiting in line for a while. Then I said Springdale does it. The clerk said oh maybe go to Springdale. Sometimes it's hard to bite your tongue. But I may go to Springdale because it's better than this bank.
They make you set an appointment for anything. This is how you loose buisness. I had a simple problem and was forced to make an appointment, which means I had to come back. Time lost from work = lost money. First Security is amazing. Go there.
