Worst service of any bank I've ever have used.
My name is Mike Turner. I have been using this bank for 41 years. I have no trouble with them. I don't understand people. I guess everybody thinks they ought to give them everything them want. They won't person always helps me very good person. Very nice, very smart. Her name is Jennifer a Roman they need to give her more money see is awesome then some Thank you your time
I was kinda afraid after seeing lots of bad reviews. However, I went and Jennifer was so nice and she helped me throughout the whole procedure.
Tellers not helpful. Unable to resolve issues with IT and their back office. Probably an issue with Bank of America in general
Warning do not bank here. We drove all the way fromm Fort Smith because their Google page states they have lobby service. What they do not say is it is by appointment only. They have a male employee that meets you at the door with a smile to simple tell you they can do nothing for you. He is impersonal and takes the art of not caring to a whole new level. 🙄 It took longer to make an appointment than it would have to simply help us with the task of closing a business account.
