The fact that y'all are closed on Friday on a payday is ridiculous I understand it's Father's Day weekend but to close on a Friday on payday on Father's Day weekend is ridiculous. I'm so sick of this damn Bank. My wife can't even deposit money in my account without her ID
This location is an embarrassment. I hardly come here but last week the manager who helped me before. I need to cash my ones and asked if I have an account. I'm thinking wow, you don't remember faces. Then today I deposited money at the ATM and needed a few documents shredded. I was told you don't do that after waiting in line for a while. Then I said Springdale does it. The clerk said oh maybe go to Springdale. Sometimes it's hard to bite your tongue. But I may go to Springdale because it's better than this bank.
