Hey, thanks for letting your customers know that the branch is closed! I felt super safe walking 8 blocks to deposit an envelope full of cash from a car sale, in the nastiest, high crime area in the county, only to find it closed, meaning I had to walk all the way back. I've never had anything but bad experiences in this branch. I'm going to assume they're closed permanently and never come back.

Absolutely some of the worst treatment I have every had in my entire life. Denise, the branch manager treated me so disrespectfully and as if I was the issue while cashing a check that required 10 different check stations! For whatever reason, rather then hearing out a potential customer at this bank she continued to berate me infront of several other customers. She was humilating not only me, because I asked what else I needed to do to get this check cashed, but herself and all the other staff at BOA. I wonder how she got p... read more
