I was the only person in the lobby and waited 30 mins to get 1 piece of paper notarized. I ended up walking out. That’s the 3rd time I’ve been in there in 6 months! They absolutely do NOT care about their customers! It’s always been proven so I walk out and go to the branch on Babcock. They are further away from me but they know how to treat their customers.Â
They really need to improve their customer service and communication skills if they want to keep their customers.Â
Went in the Malabar location. The tall gentleman was very nice, however the personal banker that was going to help adding me to my wife's account was extremely rude. Initially he didn't listen when we said we signed in with the tall young man, went to help another man in line to deposit a check. The younger man told Roberto that he could help the man and Roberto help us, at that point Roberto appeared to be frustrated. Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and haven't used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. I've been with Bank of America for 24 years. Via phone BOA made me change my checking account into having overdraft protection. Something I didn't need. A few months later I was getting a monthly maintenance fee for $25. I telephone the 1800 bank number. I tried to have this fix and the person on the phone said that it couldn't be done and instructed me to have the account in 0 and to close the account.
