I've been with Bank of America for 24 years. Via phone BOA made me change my checking account into having overdraft protection. Something I didn't need. A few months later I was getting a monthly maintenance fee for $25. I telephone the 1800 bank number. I tried to have this fix and the person on the phone said that it couldn't be done and instructed me to have the account in 0 and to close the account. If you are there for the atm you’re fine. If you need to speak with someone to solve an issue Forget it. Appears not much help at the account managers. Waiting and waiting and wait some more. With all the laughing I heard they must have been watching a comedy. Go to another branch where they will actually pay attention to you.
Pitifully run, they're arrogant , disrespectful, and they act like you're bothering them.I can go bother someone else and get them to handle my money starting monday morning.
