Mr. Alfredo the front teller is phenomenal he was super friendly and quick to help and assist me with my concerns regarding my account. He went above and beyond to help me instead of redirecting me someone at a cubicle. He definitely deserves a raise! If management sees this he is the example of what an employee should be. I had a walk-in and was shortly greeted by the branch manager, Chris (I hope I am not mistaken) who scheduled me in a few days later for an appointment. This is how I met Varuna and Liz, who were exceptionally professional and friendly in making me feel welcome opening my first ever US bank account.
