Terrible customer service and they take forever to help you out. Especially one employee named Gonzalo the commercial teller they really need to tell to fix his customer service, really rude man.
I came in to set up a new account. I’m so pleased by the efficient help that I received from Adrian! He was so incredibly helpful and seemed to know what my questions were going to be before I had to ask them. Probably some of the best customer service I have received upon moving to mission TX.
