“I’ve been a loyal Bank of America customer since 2003, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. The customer service I received, especially from the manager, was so poor that it felt like closing my account was their preferred solution simply because they didn’t seem to care. It’s really disheartening to see such a long-term relationship end on such a sour note.”
The ATM said it couldn’t count my money at the time, then asked me to enter the amount I was trying to deposit in cash. I entered the amount, and it credited my account $100 less. Do not use their ATMs. Lesson learned.
