“I’ve been a loyal Bank of America customer since 2003, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. The customer service I received, especially from the manager, was so poor that it felt like closing my account was their preferred solution simply because they didn’t seem to care. It’s really disheartening to see such a long-term relationship end on such a sour note.”
The ATM said it couldn’t count my money at the time, then asked me to enter the amount I was trying to deposit in cash. I entered the amount, and it credited my account $100 less. Do not use their ATMs. Lesson learned.

This is tge worst location ever, people are rude and you wait for hours, and is 0 recommended for business accounts and we dont talk about personal ones, WORST BANK EVER.
Bank of America does not care about customer service only the bottom line they do away with tellers and make customers self service with atms that are always malfunctioning cuz they probably got the cheap ones to cut cost you go inside there always a line of 20 plus customers because on a Friday let’s just have 3 employees working very few banking centers available in this area as well you got to drive to next town for an atm bank somewhere else.
