Bunch of incompetent employees and managers at this location. How are you going to have an ATM not dispense money that was trying to get withdrawn from a checking account, then say footage was reviewed by your employees and that the money was dispensed and taken, TWICE! Bunch of crooks, police report filed and can’t wait to close both accounts once this is all finished.
9/10 the atms outside are not taking cash deposits. I go inside to make my deposit and they tell me to use the atm inside. ATM inside doesn’t want to take my bills because they were folded. I always try to deposit through a teller and they always tell me to use the atm. They would rather give me new bills so that I can use the atm instead of just doing my deposit. Customer service sucks. Most of the ladies have an attitude and never want to attend me even if there’s no line they always send me over to the atm. What were yall... read more
