Bank of America does not care about customer service only the bottom line they do away with tellers and make customers self service with atms that are always malfunctioning cuz they probably got the cheap ones to cut cost you go inside there always a line of 20 plus customers because on a Friday let’s just have 3 employees working very few banking centers available in this area as well you got to drive to next town for an atm bank somewhere else.
I had an appointment to open an account and since I make the call to set up the appointment Gloria she was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable patience so thanks to her I created my account with Bank of America 🇺🇸
