My experience at the Bank of America branch on Two Notch Road was extremely disappointing. I found the management to be ineffective and unable to handle even moderate pressure in a professional manner. Instead of providing clear guidance and resolving issues efficiently, the situation became unnecessarily complicated and poorly managed.
