If BOA is not aware of the gem it has in Gwen Harrell then I needed to figure out how to do this a long time ago. I have known Gwen at the Dutch Square office for years and she was ALWAYS my go to person for help and advice. I hated it when she was moved to Two Notch but understood. I went in to cash a check. I have been a memeber for 3 years of Bank of America. The lady would not cash my check and would not tell my why. She said she can’t disclose the information. She wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t try to help me I had to drive 30 minutes out the way just to cash my check at another Bank of America which cashed it for me. Stay away from this branch
I entered this Bank of America at 4:30 in the evening today to make a deposit and purchase some rolls of coins. The teller said they don't do rolls of coins and when I asked about some special currency like $2 bills she said she had one or two but she wouldn't sell them me The teller then pressed a button for a manager and when she arrived she told me I could not get rolls of quarters or rolls of dollar coins or any $2 bills or 50 Cent pieces.
