Unreal. Waited in line for 30 minutes to obtain a cashier’s check, after having not been in a branch for years. They print and hand me a check that is completely unreadable due to no printer ink. I ask them to reprint, they spend 15 minutes trying to shake and replace a simple HP printer cartridge and then state they don’t have a cartridge. Countless printers in the branch location, but can only print cashier’s check to one printer. 🤦♂️
1 person working the counter. Absolutely unacceptable. Locked my debit transaction at the ATM due to suspicious activity and took over an hour to resolve.
On April 1st 2024 approximately 1pm service was very very poor Daniel Ray has bad costumer service 45 minutes for a single transaction understaffed 1 teller for 20 people all around bad countries recommend BOA to no one
