Bank tellers are all professional and very curious. Always excellent service.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Line to the door and ONE teller on a Monday morning! I'm so thankful this isn't our normal bank.
Always short of staff, waiting forever. The worst bank in town.
I went in to Bank of America on my break for what should have been a quick transaction. The line was to the door and there was only one teller. Other bankers were walking around, ignoring the line. Because I was on my break I could only stand in line for a few minutes before I had to leave. I ran across the street to American Southwest Credit Union and there was a teller at every station. And the ones that were free were eager to help. It’s time to make a switch.
