I assisted a customer in transferring funds from Bank of America to another retirement plan, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unknowledgeable, rude, and defiant. It seemed they either intentionally delayed the transfer of the customer’s funds to prevent him from closing his account, or they were simply ignorant of the process. This was the worst encounter I have ever had in my profession. There's a clear reason why their Google rating is so low.Â
Came here from an hour away to get a letter stating my account was closed. The teller lady told me that branches don’t do that and they don’t have letterheads heads. Tell me why I was on my way back home when my wife called them to ask why and they told her this was incorrect so we had to drive all the way back to the bank. Worst customer service ever.Â
Mr. Ford was very helpful and professional, short wait.Â
Has always been and will always be the worst bank ever! Their rates suck, their services suck, and they suck. That is all.Â
