Came here from an hour away to get a letter stating my account was closed. The teller lady told me that branches don’t do that and they don’t have letterheads heads. Tell me why I was on my way back home when my wife called them to ask why and they told her this was incorrect so we had to drive all the way back to the bank. Worst customer service ever.

Has always been and will always be the worst bank ever! Their rates suck, their services suck, and they suck. That is all.
Worst customer service ever. Basically anyone on the phone will tell you they can't do anything for you, "it's the banks policy..." They terminated my debit card because someone got ahold of my info, and I can't use a digital card because of "recent activity". I can't go to the bank during the week, they close at 5. Basically I have to wait until I get my card in the mail for me to spend my own money. Worst bank ever.
