Our local Bank of America (St. Simon's Island) is always very helpful. I needed help with setting up the BOA App on two cellphones / one foreign, so was apprehensive of doing it alone. I spoke with Alena who booked an appointment with Lauren at this branch. Both ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Lauren took time to work out my User Name and Password / as I needed a separate one from my husband's. There were a few minor hurdles which she easily solved. I am happy to recommend this bank.
The manager there is a nice man, everybody in general was very kind and helpful
Extremely disappointing, On March 25, 2024 No greetings . Not professional, no customer service, 2 employees and one manager, and 2 customers.
