Very poor customer service. Not any viable options to make an appointment since I closed my accounts and absolutely no assistance with how to move forward with getting the documents I need.

Immaculate credit, 22 years of paying all my bills on time, in full. Hit by a car, head injury, delinquency occurs. No attempt to contact me before reporting to credit bureaus, no indication of which bureau it was reported to, no effort to remove interest charged, late fees, or annual fees incurred. Lots of legal excuses, and policies, and how it’s “fair” and “accurate” reporting. “We are a big bank we different regulations”. Careful how big your bank is, I guess.
