Ms Megan Hobbs was so patient and thorough with all our banking needs and for our elderly mother. Can’t thank this branch enough. Went above and beyond. also big beautiful building.
This bank has slowly gone downhill. They have continued to reduce their hours and are now closed at 4:00 on weekdays, so if you get off work and try to go there, you're out of luck. They're also closed on Saturdays now. Banner Bank is still open on Saturdays at least. Also, they need a location up on College Way and Riverside Dr. It is not really convenient to go to downtown Mount Vernon or the far side of Burlington. Do better for our community!

I live next door. Went in for a couple rolls of quarters and instead was pushed to enroll in a credit card! Wow! Didn't even get my quarters. What a benefit to the community!
