I have been using the Deer Park branch since 2018. I have never experienced a long line, or any problems. Furthermore, when I have to do complicated tasks, I have always found the senior people at Deer Park to be very action-oriented and helpful.
I’ve been a BoA customer since 1974—shame on me!! It seems as if every BoA branch has issues. Besides their lack of staffing and the poor customer service problems I’ve experienced , this last episode takes the cake. I went to deposit checks in the ATM and the machine ate my card and would not return it. I went inside and was told they couldn’t access the machine and to call the 880# for a new card. To add insult to injury, I then spent 45’ on the phone to get a new card. Unbelievable!
ATM hardly work and the bank charges you for every little thing
Almost always closed! Terrible.
