At 9am on a Monday took my elderly mom in to make small change to her account but was refused service. Was told they were ‘slammed’ and was told to go to another branch in another town despite the entire bank being empty. Manager Adrian refused to help and spent 10 minutes saying they were too busy. In that time he could have made the change himself which I pointed out but he refused. He stated it’s a business center catering to businesses. So I guess our account means nothing? No one ever answers the phone when I try to call this local branch. Phone rings and rings and calls loop “everyone is assisting customers” and pushes me to check online but it is not info I could locate online. I have a simple question….
