At 9am on a Monday took my elderly mom in to make small change to her account but was refused service. Was told they were ‘slammed’ and was told to go to another branch in another town despite the entire bank being empty. Manager Adrian refused to help and spent 10 minutes saying they were too busy. In that time he could have made the change himself which I pointed out but he refused. He stated it’s a business center catering to businesses. So I guess our account means nothing?
