I got an appt to do a POD and everything went really well with the young man. I think his name was Chris.
This B of A is the worst! 2 tellers, 1 teller just sitting and smacking her gum, empty lobby, refused to help 86 year old customer because she "walked in". Directed her to call and make an appointment. Called the number listed 15 times, no answer. Closing this account. My friend is joining a local Credit Union tomorrow! Who trained these employees? No managers in the branch. That is a BIG violation. Trashy staff. Trashy bank.
