PLEASE READ: This bank has the absolute worst customer service. I arrived at this specific bank location approximately 25 minutes before closing, I waited patiently in the line with four other gentlemen. There were 3 tellers but only one was helping customers. After 5 minutes, the other teller decided to help one customer then he re closed his station but there were 2 customers still waiting. Never ever bank with Bank of America. The must difficult to use business bank I’ve ever had. Opening an account over the phone took no joke over 2 hours. Other banks within minutes. Then never received notification that my account was ever opened. Late fees accumulated and then they refused to refund. Then said I couldn’t close the account with paying the fees. When I went to pay the fees they then said my account is closed so what the heck. Lost my initial deposit.
How are people supposed to go to the bank when you close while everyone's at work? Very inconsiderate
Does not look like any of the concerns were taken up to improve the branch service, I was considering opening a checking acc and transfer money from ac401k account to a self directed account but the reviews put me off.
Easily accessible ATM's, but all the ATM'S are frequently "on the fritz", or unable to dispense money, only open for deposits. Also, needs an overhang above drive-through window. Everything gets soaked durring transactions, including car interior.
