I walked in and watched somebody take out 5 grand...the exact amount I just turned down for 18 percent interest(%) next door. They said they don't do personal loans anymore. They were friendly so that's the important thing. I don't like numvers so hence...some stars...avg it out later in excel clone.Â

both BA in Portsmouth now do not have notary on staff - BA suggested too difficult to qualify for notary and I should go to local bank BA good at raising fees for accounts for less service! -will move to a local bank- thanks for the suggestion!Â
