I liked this bank for a while I use it for business and personal. Recently all my checks have had 7 day holds and I own and operate two small businesses I cannot wait 7 days for my money sometimes I get deposit checks from customers and need to buy materials sometimes those materials cost thousands and I just can’t put up my own money for that, it defeats the purpose of a deposit check. Worst customer service
I’ve had excellent experiences at this branch. I actually look forward to going in to talk with folks. Life comes at you fast and this branch has really had my back. Thank you all so much!
The customers service were not friendly at all, first time I come to open an account and they told me to come other day to update the information, no one told me that I should make an appointment, so I only come and they told me I must have an appointment even they didn't tell that from the beginning. I was coming from different city and ai don't have car, so it took me 4 hours to come and back, I lost my class and the customer service were very bad in term of communication
Recently had an encounter with the senior broker in Portsmouth regarding a dispute on my account. They had me in and out of their office as fast as physically possible. Working as a branch employee in a different organization made me very uncomfortable with the service and idgaf mentality regarding the safety of my bank account. There for sure is an ach or debit department who could tell us what transactions needed to be made instead of provide me a number to call.
