Service is always garbage and you aren't allowed to use the teller to complete tasks anymore.
Usually no waiting. There are 2 drive thru stations but again usually no wait.
I felt like there weren’t enough one star reviews on this garbage organization. There’s not a single person in the lobby when I come in to do a wire transfer yet they say that I have to wait 30 minutes because I’m a walk-in appointment. What are these garbage banks even set up here to do? It’s 2025. If they won’t give you the money that you ask for and you have to wait around to transfer the money. Nanette Calderon is amazing senior Banker at Prescott valley location. She went above and beyond to help us while other out of state center refused to help us at all. It was frustrating because being a Costomer for 15 years we expected little bit of support at the other location but we didn’t get it. She is such a kind and helpful person and deserve all the great things in life.
