I give this location negative stars!!!! The fact that they have 1 teller for business and 1 teller for personal on the LAST day of the month is ridiculous!!!! Every other Bank of America I have went to, to make a business deposit on the last day has been MONTH has been more than accommodating because they know the volume of customers on the last day of the month INCREASES!!! BUT NOT THIS LOCATION!! Horrible!! 0 stars
Bad bad bad bad service and don't do any extra work to make customer happy
Worst bank ever! Tried to deposit cash and they would not accept it. Had to go get a Cashiers check to make the deposit. Bank of America they places a 7 day hold on it and then extended the hold for 10 days. Called the bank 4 times and never spoke to anyone. Called customer service and they were just as unhelpful. Do not bank here! Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. TERRIBLE!
