I have been a BOA customer all of my life. My family recently moved to the area amd to say I was disappointed in the manner in which customers are treated is an understatement. Preferential treatment was given to certain clients while others were treated with disrespect and disregard . Rude and curt comments were made in proximity to clients by an employee named Rachel and professionalism to ALL customers was clearly not a priority. I give this location negative stars!!!! The fact that they have 1 teller for business and 1 teller for personal on the LAST day of the month is ridiculous!!!! Every other Bank of America I have went to, to make a business deposit on the last day has been MONTH has been more than accommodating because they know the volume of customers on the last day of the month INCREASES!!! BUT NOT THIS LOCATION!! Horrible!! 0 stars
