Least helpful staff and didn’t resolve my issue. I got a checking account in May but never received the bonus. Instead of helping me out I was told to come back with documentation that the offer was applied and I had to print this on my own.

Hi, THE WORST!!! Everything was horrible! Unknowledgeable, Thick, Arrogant, Stubborn, Unhelpful. Rude, Disrespectful, Impolite, and much more. Just one example: The banker would not allow access to bank accounts, and kept stating some reason. I asked to see the banking law that supported his reason. His response was: I don't give legal advice. Since when is citing a factual law giving legal advice? The stupidity is mind boggling!!! This branch service is slow. Long lines and only one or 2 tellers to assist customers. The management doesn't care about customer service. Also clean your damn ATM machine screens they are gross. They need to train their management better and open more teller windows. When I mentioned to the manager maybe she should jump behind the teller she told me she could but that wasn't her priority. So customer service isn't your priority I said and laughed.
