I had a fantastic experience at this bank! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me navigate my questions about my account with ease. The atmosphere is welcoming, making banking feel less like a chore.
The service was reasonably good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made my banking experience smooth. However, I did notice that the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent branch with some room for improvement.
Least helpful staff and didn’t resolve my issue. I got a checking account in May but never received the bonus. Instead of helping me out I was told to come back with documentation that the offer was applied and I had to print this on my own.
Hi, THE WORST!!! Everything was horrible! Unknowledgeable, Thick, Arrogant, Stubborn, Unhelpful. Rude, Disrespectful, Impolite, and much more. Just one example: The banker would not allow access to bank accounts, and kept stating some reason. I asked to see the banking law that supported his reason. His response was: I don't give legal advice. Since when is citing a factual law giving legal advice? The stupidity is mind boggling!!!
