Relationship Manager Margarita McNamee was excellent! She is patient and very thorough! BofA kept my business solely because of her! Was very satisfied with her customer service.
Tried calling to get some information no one answers the phone at all it just Rings. Their automated message says the hours and the location and that's it. Bank of America is one of the worst retail banks in the country.
