I had the worst experience at this location recently. I went into open a new account and Sara one of the financial bankers, had no clue what to do, she told me I had to do this to open the account then said I didn’t need to do it after all. She just seemed super inexperienced. I wasn’t able to do what I needed to get done at this location they were no help at all. The manager Maryanne was so dismissive and no help whatsoever. I guess being a customer of 10+ years means nothing to the staff at this location.
ATM withdrawal did not work, so I was debited for the transaction but did not receive any cash. The ATM said the transaction was being reversed. The teller inside was completely unable to help, other than to say it would be reimbursed within 24 hours. It has now been seven days and I don’t have the funds. The bank having absolutely no control over its ATMs at its own branch is a surprise… an unhappy surprise.
