After waiting for the next teller to open, she told me to call Customer Service despite .. being in my face and actually giving me service. If the tellers were just going to tell customers to call a phone line that has long wait times than do their job then, why even have physical banks. I was then told that I needed to wait even longer to get seen by a bank specialist - which is fine had she told me prior to waiting in line and trying to get me to call the phone line. Do not rely on any information they give you at this branch. Absolutely everything they told me was WRONG! I was told 2 weeks ago that an executor account was being set up for an estate I am handling as executor. Although I have a case number and proof of having given them the information they needed it was never uploaded, even though I sat there while they were supposedly doing it. I don't understand why there is a business client line when they take non business customers first. It's a ridiculously run bank. Definitely keep your money here if you like wasting away in a line full of people
