I’m very thankful for the wonderful help I received at Bank of America. Everyone was kind and helpful, and especially Kaeli, who went above and beyond to help me with all of my requests. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and all of her help. Thank you, Kaeli! I highly recommend this Bank of America location and appreciate having such caring and helpful staff.

I deposited a check that was supposed to be released on a Friday and when I called Bank of America they told me it was placed on another hold and funds won’t be released till next week which was unacceptable since I was relying on this money. I then went to this branch and Maryann the manager at this location was able to call the issuing bank and the person who issued the check to expedite the process of getting my funds released to me on the same day! We had an okay experience at this Bank of America Financial Center. We stopped by while walking through the area and used the ATM, which worked as expected. The branch itself was closed at the time. There appeared to be a good-sized parking lot, making the location easy to access. Overall, it was a convenient stop for using the ATM.

Great bank but they won't take overpayment and the customer service representatives main goal was to sell me on increasing the amount that I can borrow from BOFA.
