ATM withdrawal did not work, so I was debited for the transaction but did not receive any cash. The ATM said the transaction was being reversed. The teller inside was completely unable to help, other than to say it would be reimbursed within 24 hours. It has now been seven days and I don’t have the funds. The bank having absolutely no control over its ATMs at its own branch is a surprise… an unhappy surprise.

After waiting for the next teller to open, she told me to call Customer Service despite .. being in my face and actually giving me service. If the tellers were just going to tell customers to call a phone line that has long wait times than do their job then, why even have physical banks. I was then told that I needed to wait even longer to get seen by a bank specialist - which is fine had she told me prior to waiting in line and trying to get me to call the phone line. Do not rely on any information they give you at this branch. Absolutely everything they told me was WRONG! I was told 2 weeks ago that an executor account was being set up for an estate I am handling as executor. Although I have a case number and proof of having given them the information they needed it was never uploaded, even though I sat there while they were supposedly doing it.
