I recently visited this branch to cash a money order, which is generally considered a cash equivalent. I was aware that bank policy typically requires sufficient funds in the account to cash checks, so I clarified with the teller that I would only deposit the money order if the funds would be available the next day. I just switched to Bay Federal Bank last week. Everyone is so rude and the wait time is ridiculous! It is Horrible! The only reason I gave them one star was because I had to.

It is one of the worst branches I have experienced, with lousy service, people with bad attitudes, and zero action. In short, stay away. I visited the branch two weeks ago after scheduling a meeting with the small business department. But instead, someone from a different department was waiting for me, one with zero knowledge and understanding. Before I left, the person promised to call me back with answers within a day.
