Horrible service, been with boa for about 7 years and gets worse every year . Always restricting my acc every pay day . Only 1 teller working the window with a line of 30 people. I know its not the people's fault Its the banks and thats what makes this place Horrible
Banks have sure changed a lot since Covid. I mean, back BC (before covid), there were a dozen tellers ready to serve, and the line moved pretty fast. Now we have one or two tellers if you're lucky, and that line barely moves at all..
Very poor customer service at this Bank of America branch. I recently got married and went in to update my last name. I presented my driver’s license with my maiden name, the temporary paper license issued by the DMV showing my married name, my certified marriage certificate, and my Social Security card—all valid legal documents. I couldn’t deposit a check on the window. They say it couldn’t be verified. I have 26 years with them after this I will close my business with them. They didn’t give me a valid reason. Poor service and bad experience.
