Ive frequented this bank over a couple of months and every time I get helped by Maria at the counter, she doesn't do a good job at customer service, at all. You can tell she hates her job and is always in a terrible mood, The other staff has been nice, but I cannot give this place a better review soley due to her destitute representation of this bank.
Maria is extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable after she rolled her eyes at me because my debt card wasn't being accepted by their machine. After that she gave me attitude towards the rest of the unprofessional oʻhelp she provided. I'm not a person who gives attitude nor behaves bad after receiving that sort of treatment and that is why I feel obliged to write this review.
