In This Bank always long-long queue , workers very slow , every time I am getting stress !!!!!!!!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bank of America. Branch manager Sheila profiled and discriminated me as soon as I walked in the door and she heard the amount of my checks. When it was my turn next , Sheila rushed to the back BEFORE the teller even asked for a OVERRIDE to exam my checks from BANK OF AMERICA. Then they both told me that it was a possibility they wouldn’t cash and the Branch manager said she didn’t feel comfortable cashing them and I would have to come back Tuesday to pick up the money. ATM machine malfunctioned while I was trying to pull out cash. It claimed to reverse the transaction but it did not reverse it.
Don’t try calling, been on the phone 50min still haven’t spoken to a soul. 4 pm on a Wednesday by the way. Also calling because they continue with their auto payment even though my card has been paid off. 4 auto payments of 500. I wouldn’t answer too🤑
Terrible when the line is looong, and only 2 windows open. I hate to see seniors leaning on their canes in the 25 minute line. Why can’t an employee offer them chairs!! Why can’t they be like a grocery store: all hands on deck and open more windows then the line is out the door. Lame!
