Very bad customer service on be half of management, especially the lady in the afternoons. We are closing our account because we can't deal with people like that. I would give no star but won't let me continue so I can post it

I have been with Bank of America for 45 years! This Branch hasn’t a clue about customer service. Expect short staffing, long lines and unprofessional service. The staff seem fed up with their jobs and treat you like you are a bother. Two appointments set up and both were a disappointment, The sad part is in looking over reviews this branch has been under performing in customer service for a very long time. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bank of America. Branch manager Sheila profiled and discriminated me as soon as I walked in the door and she heard the amount of my checks. When it was my turn next , Sheila rushed to the back BEFORE the teller even asked for a OVERRIDE to exam my checks from BANK OF AMERICA. Then they both told me that it was a possibility they wouldn’t cash and the Branch manager said she didn’t feel comfortable cashing them and I would have to come back Tuesday to pick up the money. ATM machine malfunctioned while I was trying to pull out cash. It claimed to reverse the transaction but it did not reverse it.
