A huge American Bank is incapable of keeping its ATMs working during the weekend. One of them (on the right side) can't even read the card properly (a fairly new card) and there is a noticeable layer of dirt around the devices including the card reader. I'm beginning to wonder if anyone in the management feels any shame or if they even care. Thank you management for making me waste the expensive gas to drive to your bank.

Very bad customer service on be half of management, especially the lady in the afternoons. We are closing our account because we can't deal with people like that. I would give no star but won't let me continue so I can post it
