Very rude staff and very unprofessional would not recommend commeing to this location if you need help from a rep better off going somewhere else they made it seem like a huge deal to do the most basic of tasks and told me to call customer service or go to another branch

Horrible service, been with boa for about 7 years and gets worse every year . Always restricting my acc every pay day . Only 1 teller working the window with a line of 30 people. I know its not the people's fault Its the banks and thats what makes this place Horrible
Banks have sure changed a lot since Covid. I mean, back BC (before covid), there were a dozen tellers ready to serve, and the line moved pretty fast. Now we have one or two tellers if you're lucky, and that line barely moves at all..
