Darling from Bank of America was very professional and helpful.
Rude, unprofessional, ridiculous wait times, badly trained, won’t answer phone to set appointment over the phone, I’m disappointed and frustrated and disgusted of the professionalism. Needs to change. Customers should not be waiting over a hour for help on the phone or in a branch.
☆☆☆☆ I’ve had a very frustrating experience at this Bank of America location. Even with an appointment, I waited for over an hour and was still not called. I eventually had to leave because I had other things to do and simply couldn’t keep waiting. Unfortunately, this is not the first time.
