This Branch Location is the worst. They don’t give a dam about their business line, manager has a nasty attitude. I’m a preferred customer for my business account and my personal account and clearly my business is not valued because this isn’t the first time the manager is dismissive towards my complaints.
Get there early or make an appointment cause otherwise you'll be waiting awhile

No one is answering the phone, I have been calling all day. Unprofessional. They need to hire people that aren’t lazy and afraid of customer service . Rejected my check even though it’s been accepted on 5 other occasions. no one is answering the phone to give me any answers , instead I’m forced to wait 3-5 business days to get my check back just to deposit it AGAIN. Who ever rejected my check is spiteful and i hope you get fired and find no future work in a bank environment.
