This branch gave me and my family excellent service as we navigated my parents trust. Thank you to the manager Daniela and her team.
No one is answering the phone, I have been calling all day. Unprofessional. They need to hire people that aren’t lazy and afraid of customer service . Rejected my check even though it’s been accepted on 5 other occasions. no one is answering the phone to give me any answers , instead I’m forced to wait 3-5 business days to get my check back just to deposit it AGAIN. Who ever rejected my check is spiteful and i hope you get fired and find no future work in a bank environment.
Bad customer service…
I visited the bank today and was treated very poorly. The assistant manager, who is supposed to be an example for employees, walked away while I was speaking and did not address my concerns. Meanwhile, the teller placed an object in front of the counter, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I spoke calmly and respectfully, yet I left feeling ignored, upset, and treated unfairly. I hope the bank trains staff to treat customers with respect, listen carefully, and act professionally.
