I had an excellent experience working with Sarah at Bank of America. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all aspects of the account opening process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Sarah was also very personable and friendly, creating a welcoming environment and making my daughter and I feel comfortable asking questions. I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I waited over 20 minutes with only one lady working at the desk while multiple people were waiting. After all that time, they told me someone else was coming and that I would have to wait even longer. I was on my lunch break, and they completely wasted my time without helping me at all. Very poor service and lack of consideration for customers’ time.
