I had an excellent experience working with Sarah at Bank of America. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all aspects of the account opening process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I waited over 20 minutes with only one lady working at the desk while multiple people were waiting. After all that time, they told me someone else was coming and that I would have to wait even longer. I was on my lunch break, and they completely wasted my time without helping me at all. Very poor service and lack of consideration for customers’ time.

It was a very special and nice service. Sarah provided us with a lot of services and help even though I don't speak English, but she provided me with a translator and served me well. I thank her for that and I thank Bank of America for providing good, well-mannered and cooperative employees.

When we had snow in Jan, the sign announcing closed b/c the weather, had print too small to read from a car parked directly in fron of the building. Had to step over uneven ice to get close enough. The sign was red and white - the BoA colors so didn't think it was a special announcement. WHEN CLOSING B/C WEATHER, THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE BRIGHT ORANGE WITH BLACK LETTERS so we can see it from across the parking lot and not get hurt trying to get close enough to read that the bank is closed!!!
