When we had snow in Jan, the sign announcing closed b/c the weather, had print too small to read from a car parked directly in fron of the building. Had to step over uneven ice to get close enough. The sign was red and white - the BoA colors so didn't think it was a special announcement. WHEN CLOSING B/C WEATHER, THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE BRIGHT ORANGE WITH BLACK LETTERS so we can see it from across the parking lot and not get hurt trying to get close enough to read that the bank is closed!!! Hours are ridiculous. Is Bank of America's business model to only be open while most of their customers are at work?
I never knew this bank was here until someone mentioned it. This was by far the best experience I have had with Bank of America. They were all friendly and helpful as for the past I have had very bad experiences. Sarah helped me today and she made me feel like I was an actual client and not like I was bothering her. More people should know about this branch!
