Michael very good guy help me alot
I had a very bad experience with a bank teller who was a Spanish-speaking lady. She came to ask if I needed help and said she would be back in a minute, but she lied and never returned to solve my problem. The bank wasn’t even busy—only one or two people were there.
Today i went to Bank of America to open a new bank account, Mujib Paikan was the banker that help me along all the process, he was really kind and professional, he made all the process way easy for me, i highly recommend working with him.
I had an excellent experience with Syllas, the Bank Manager at the Bank of America Fredericksburg branch. His professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer service stood out.
