This was the WORST bank my dad and I have ever dealt with. All my dad wanted to do was get a check from his father transferred to a cashier's receipt, due to his bank wanting a signature match from BoA. When we arrived, the teller, Mujib Paikin, refused to assist us or bring up signature history, all he kept repeating was to use a service called Zell, which my grandfather couldn't do. Very bad customer service, I was there for Merrill investing and they give me a Indian woman she read all of my information so loudly even other people can hear it after that she was talking on her phone! She started talking a lot at end she told me that she can’t help me because I don’t have code or something she literally spent one hour talking at the she said no she was just wasting her time and other siting in their room and not want it to helps! The manager Silas stayed way after closing time to help me with an issue on a deposit. Ended up being well after his time to leave, just to help me. These folks go above and beyond. This is THE BANK for BoA customers!!! Seriously. Amazing staff.Â
We just spoke with Syllas from Bank of America. He was the kindest and most informative financial advisor (not sure if that is his title) we have ever talked to. But he helped us save a bunch of money. Also his customer service was above par! I highly recommend if you have any questions regarding your banking, speak with Silas it will pay off.;) He also helped set us up with a home lender which was very kind of him!
