-5 star! Becareful they have let unauthorized amounts of money come out of my account. They are Soo slow probably as bad as Walmart. Worst bank ever. I closed my account and went somewhere else!

Horrible wait times.
I've been a BofA premium platinum account holder for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. They're about to lose a customer they worked hard to get. Poor customer service by managers and assistant managers. Do not use this branch if you desire prompt and quality customer service. Expect long wait times for a teller and managers who seem disinterested in serving their customers well.
