This is a horrible experience banking with BOA. I've been racial profile here the last two days. Yesterday the guy that helps and take names to be seen made me wait as he took 3 other people that came in after me, just to say I'm unable to speak to the bank manager. Today a bank teller refused to let me speak with the manager saying she's going to be a while On the phone he'll answer my questions.
