I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this branch. The manager and staff were unable to verify my account even after I provided valid ID and OTP. This shows a serious lack of training and competence. The staff appeared unprepared and unprofessional, which resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration. Customers should not have to struggle for basic account verification. This branch clearly needs better training and more capable staff to ensure customers are treated properly and assisted efficiently.

I got what I needed done
It's my first time opening acct in here and for my experience I would say that I'm satisfied. Ma'am Sandra the one that helped me, she is very knowledgeable and she explain every detail very well. Though the line is long when I have to deposit, when i got into the counter Ms. Ally that help me and made it very quick.
